We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.

We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged by Australia Post once the order is posted. AP have a refund policy up to $100* for any lost/damaged items. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to deal with AP to claim a refund if necessary. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information.
