Vintage Griffith Butchery Receipts from 1930s

5 in stock

Vintage Griffith Cooperative Butchery receipts with carbon copy.
Genuine vintage item. NOT a photocopy or print out.

These lovely old receipts are from the 1930s. Griffith is a town in NSW.

You will receive 20 pieces, 10 of the front receipt and 10 of the back receipt where the carbon copy would be. This page has the same number as the front sheet. Both sheets are blank on the back.

They were made in the 1930s. You can see the date on them 193_ ready to be filled in by the butcher.

The phone number of the butchery was 46. When I was growing up my phone number was 1. We were the first farm on the telephone exchange in our area. Those were the days.

I have removed the top tear off portion of the receipt so you will not receive that. Refer to the packaging photo for what you will receive.

Approx. 3.5″ x 6″

I have a limited supply of these so once they are gone there will be no more. I do my best to hunt down lovely vintage items for your junk journals. This is one I really like as my father grew up in this area.

These are a vintage item, almost 90 years old, so show signs of their age, making it all the better in my opinion.
